This charming porridge bowl with lid from the Gothenburg porcelain factory is a beautiful example of early 20th-century design. The bowl is made of earthenware and has a characteristic orange edge line that provides a nice contrast against the white base. The lid is adorned with a figure depicting a bearded man, probably depicted in traditional dress, and constitutes a unique detail on this collectible. A wonderful addition for the collector of Swedish ceramics and porcelain or as an interesting detail in home decor. Height approx 16cm, there is a chip on the nose.
